Toolpusher

The Toolpusher is responsible for supervising and coordinating drilling rig operations during assigned shifts, ensuring that rig activities are performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved operational procedures.

The position provides direct supervision to drilling crews, coordinates daily rig-floor activities, monitors equipment and personnel performance, and ensures that required tools, materials, and equipment are available for operations. The Toolpusher works closely with the Driller, Rig Manager, maintenance personnel, and service companies to maintain continuous and efficient drilling operations.

The Toolpusher also monitors compliance with HSE requirements, participates in safety meetings, responds to operational issues, and ensures that personnel follow company procedures and safe working practices.

Driller

The Driller is responsible for operating and controlling the drilling equipment and supervising drilling activities on the rig floor to ensure safe and efficient drilling operations.

Responsibilities include operating the drawworks, rotary system, top drive, and associated drilling controls; monitoring drilling parameters; controlling tripping and pipe-handling operations; and coordinating activities with the Derrickman, Floormen, Toolpusher, and other rig personnel.

The Driller continuously monitors equipment performance and drilling conditions, responds to abnormal situations, maintains accurate operational records, and ensures that all drilling activities are carried out in accordance with approved procedures and HSE standards.

Assistant Driller

The Assistant Driller supports the Driller in controlling and monitoring drilling operations and assists in maintaining the safe and efficient operation of drilling equipment.

Responsibilities include assisting with rig-floor operations, monitoring drilling parameters and equipment condition, supporting tripping and pipe-handling activities, and coordinating with the Floorman and Derrickman. The Assistant Driller also assists with routine inspections, equipment maintenance, housekeeping, and emergency-response activities.

The position requires strong technical awareness, teamwork, attention to detail, and strict compliance with drilling procedures and HSE requirements.

HSE Officer / Safety Officer

The HSE Officer is responsible for supporting the implementation and monitoring of Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements across drilling, oilfield, construction, and industrial operations.

Responsibilities include conducting site inspections, identifying hazards, monitoring safe work practices, participating in risk assessments and toolbox meetings, verifying the use of personal protective equipment, and ensuring compliance with company HSE procedures and applicable standards.

The HSE Officer also supports incident and near-miss reporting, emergency preparedness, safety training, environmental awareness, and corrective-action follow-up. The position works closely with supervisors and site personnel to promote a strong safety culture and prevent workplace incidents.

Assistant HSE Officer / Safety Assistant

The Assistant HSE Officer supports the HSE team in implementing safety procedures and maintaining safe working conditions at project and operational sites.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily site inspections, monitoring PPE compliance, supporting toolbox talks and safety meetings, identifying unsafe acts and conditions, maintaining HSE records, and assisting with incident and near-miss reporting.

The Assistant HSE Officer works closely with supervisors and workers to ensure that safety requirements are understood and followed and supports the HSE Officer in maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.

Coordinator

The Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to ensure effective communication and coordination between site personnel, management, clients, and different operational departments.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily activities, maintaining records and documentation, preparing reports, following up on personnel and operational requirements, arranging communications between relevant departments, and supporting the smooth execution of project activities.

The Coordinator ensures that required information is communicated accurately and on time while maintaining organized records and following company procedures.

Human Resources Officer

The Human Resources Officer supports the management and administration of the company's workforce across projects and operational locations.

Responsibilities include employee recruitment and mobilization, maintaining personnel records, monitoring attendance and leave, coordinating employee documentation, supporting payroll and benefits administration, and assisting with employee relations and workforce requirements.

The HR Officer works closely with project management and site supervisors to ensure that manpower requirements are fulfilled and that personnel records, employment documentation, and company HR procedures are properly maintained.

Crane Operator / Lifting Equipment Operator

The Crane Operator is responsible for safely operating cranes and approved lifting equipment to move, position, load, and unload materials and equipment at drilling, construction, and industrial sites.

Responsibilities include conducting pre-operation inspections, checking lifting equipment and safety devices, following approved lifting plans, communicating with riggers and banksmen, and ensuring that loads are lifted and positioned safely within the equipment's rated capacity.

The operator must maintain full awareness of surrounding personnel, structures, overhead hazards, ground conditions, and weather conditions. All lifting activities are performed in accordance with approved lifting procedures, manufacturer requirements, and HSE standards.

Ambulance Driver

The Ambulance Driver is responsible for providing safe and timely transportation of patients and injured personnel between work locations, site medical facilities, clinics, and hospitals.

Responsibilities include conducting daily vehicle inspections, maintaining the ambulance in a clean and operational condition, responding promptly to medical emergencies, and supporting medical personnel during patient transportation.

The driver must operate the ambulance safely while maintaining awareness of road and site conditions and following emergency-response procedures, journey-management requirements, traffic regulations, and company HSE standards.

Camp Boss

The Camp Boss is responsible for supervising and coordinating the day-to-day operations of company accommodation and camp facilities.

Responsibilities include overseeing catering, housekeeping, laundry, accommodation, cleaning, camp maintenance, and general camp services. The Camp Boss coordinates with site management and service personnel to ensure that employees receive safe, hygienic, and reliable camp services.

The position also monitors food and accommodation standards, follows up on maintenance requirements, manages camp supplies and consumables, addresses employee concerns related to camp services, and ensures compliance with company procedures, hygiene requirements, and HSE standards.

The Camp Boss plays a key role in maintaining an organized, comfortable, and well-managed camp environment for all personnel.

Derrickman

The Derrickman plays a key role in supporting drilling operations and works closely with the Driller and Assistant Driller to ensure safe and efficient rig activities. The position is responsible for managing tubulars in the mast and on pipe racks, as well as monitoring and maintaining the drilling fluid and mud system.

Key responsibilities include monitoring drilling fluid properties and additive inventory, inspecting and maintaining mud pumps, tanks, processing and transfer equipment, and monitoring the condition of the mast, monkey board, and associated equipment. The Derrickman also assists with routine rig maintenance, maintains good housekeeping, reports equipment abnormalities and incidents, and supports the development of Floormen and Motormen interested in progressing within drilling operations.

The position requires strong safety awareness, physical fitness, technical understanding, teamwork, and the ability to work effectively in demanding oilfield environments while fully complying with HSE and company procedures.

Floorman

The Floorman is an essential member of the drilling crew responsible for supporting daily rig-floor operations and assisting the Driller and Derrickman during drilling and tripping activities.

Responsibilities include handling and positioning drill pipe and tubulars, operating and handling tongs and slips, assisting with making and breaking connections, guiding and stacking pipe, and supporting drill-string operations during trips in and out of the hole. The Floorman may also assist with collecting and cleaning formation samples, maintaining required equipment, lubricating rig components, and supporting the Derrickman during work on the derrick.

Floormen are also responsible for maintaining a clean and organized rig floor, identifying potential hazards, and following established HSE and operational procedures. The role requires physical fitness, alertness, teamwork, and the ability to perform safely and efficiently during extended drilling operations.

Assistant Electrician

The Assistant Electrician supports the electrical maintenance team in maintaining, inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical equipment and systems used in drilling and industrial operations.

The position assists the Chief Electrician with preventive maintenance, equipment overhauls, repairs, inspections, and electrical troubleshooting. The Assistant Electrician ensures that electrical tools and equipment are properly handled, maintained, and returned to their designated storage locations in safe working condition.

The role also supports the development of junior personnel by sharing technical knowledge and safe working practices. All activities are performed in accordance with company maintenance systems, electrical safety procedures, HSE requirements, and operational standards.

Assistant Mechanic

The Assistant Mechanic provides technical support to the mechanical maintenance team and assists in maintaining, inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical equipment and machinery.

Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, equipment overhauls, inspections, lubrication, cleaning, and mechanical repairs under the direction of the Chief Rig Mechanic or assigned supervisor. The Assistant Mechanic also assists in identifying equipment faults, preparing tools and spare parts, and ensuring that maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently.

The position requires mechanical awareness, reliability, attention to detail, teamwork, and strict compliance with maintenance procedures and HSE standards.

Welder

The Welder is responsible for carrying out welding, fabrication, repair, and maintenance activities on drilling rigs, steel structures, piping systems, and associated equipment.

Responsibilities include preparing and fitting pipe and structural assemblies, performing high-quality welding work, repairing damaged or worn steel structures and pipelines, and assisting with repairs to drilling equipment. Welders may also participate in approved construction projects, major repairs, and fabrication activities as required.

The position includes maintaining and servicing welding and cutting equipment, including welding machines, cutting torches, regulators, oxygen and fuel-gas hoses, and related tools. All welding activities must be performed in accordance with approved procedures, permit-to-work requirements, and HSE standards, with particular attention to hot-work safety.

Roustabout

The Roustabout provides essential general support to drilling and oilfield operations by performing a wide range of manual, operational, maintenance, material-handling, and housekeeping activities.

Responsibilities include assisting with the movement and handling of equipment and materials, industrial cleaning of energy-service equipment, supporting rig crews during daily operations, and assisting skilled personnel with minor maintenance and repair activities. The Roustabout may also assist with safety shutdown equipment, basic operational checks, field documentation, and maintaining work areas in a safe and organized condition.

The position requires awareness of potential oilfield hazards, including gas exposure, high-pressure operations, oil spills, line leaks, severe weather, and other emergency situations. Roustabouts work closely with technical and field teams to support operational efficiency, safety, and environmental protection while following company HSE procedures and supervisor instructions.

Forklift Driver

The Forklift Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts and material-handling equipment used to transport, position, relocate, stack, and organize materials and equipment at drilling and industrial sites.

Responsibilities include conducting daily equipment inspections, identifying mechanical or operational issues, safely moving loads, delivering tools and equipment between drilling locations, and maintaining accurate operating records. The operator may also operate approved front-end loading equipment fitted with forks, buckets, or other attachments according to operational requirements.

The Forklift Driver maintains clear communication with the Driller, Rig Manager, crew members, and other personnel while following approved lifting, transportation, operating, and HSE procedures.

Truck Driver

The Truck Driver provides safe and reliable transportation of equipment, materials, supplies, and other approved loads between camps, drilling locations, warehouses, and project sites.

Responsibilities include conducting pre-trip and daily vehicle inspections, ensuring loads are properly secured, assisting with loading and unloading activities, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and reporting mechanical defects or operational issues promptly.

Truck Drivers are expected to comply with road-traffic regulations, company transportation procedures, journey-management requirements, and HSE standards. The role requires professional driving skills, good knowledge of local and oilfield routes, responsible vehicle operation, and a strong commitment to road safety.

Car Driver

The Car Driver is responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation for employees, visitors, company representatives, and approved supplies between camps, oilfield locations, offices, and nearby areas.

Responsibilities include conducting daily vehicle inspections, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, monitoring vehicle condition, and reporting any mechanical faults or safety concerns. Drivers are expected to follow traffic regulations, company transportation procedures, approved routes, and HSE requirements at all times.

The position requires careful and responsible driving, good knowledge of local roads, punctuality, professional communication, and the ability to respond appropriately to unexpected road or operational situations.

Medic

The Medic provides essential medical and first-aid support to personnel working at remote oilfield, drilling, and industrial locations.

Responsibilities include providing initial medical assessment and treatment, responding to workplace injuries and medical emergencies, supporting emergency response activities, and providing health guidance to site personnel. The Medic is also responsible for maintaining medical records, managing clinic supplies and medicines, monitoring medical equipment, and ensuring that required medical resources are available and properly maintained.

The position requires professionalism, confidentiality, sound medical judgment, calm decision-making, strong emergency-response capabilities, and strict compliance with applicable medical, HSE, and company procedures.

Motorman

The Motorman supports the operation, inspection, and maintenance of engines, generators, pumps, and other mechanical equipment within drilling and oilfield operations.

Responsibilities include assisting supervisors with daily engine-room operations, conducting routine inspections, monitoring equipment operating conditions, performing basic maintenance, cleaning and lubrication, and reporting abnormal readings, unusual noises, leaks, or equipment failures.

The Motorman also assists maintenance personnel during troubleshooting and repair activities and maintains accurate records of inspections and maintenance work. The position requires basic mechanical and electrical knowledge, strong attention to equipment condition, reliability, teamwork, and strict compliance with operational and HSE procedures.
